淞江集團(tuán)2017年在南通市雙甸工業(yè)區(qū)投資1.2億建設(shè)“年產(chǎn)120萬件減震器項(xiàng)目”，2018年12月建設(shè)完畢并搬遷至南通工廠；新工廠引進(jìn)大量自動(dòng)化智能設(shè)備，主要包括自動(dòng)配料機(jī)、自動(dòng)投料機(jī)、自動(dòng)煉膠機(jī)、數(shù)控下料機(jī)、數(shù)控切料機(jī)、自動(dòng)成型機(jī)、自動(dòng)硫化機(jī)、加工中心、數(shù)控車床、自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)、自動(dòng)纏繞機(jī)、自動(dòng)纏膜機(jī)等；南通工廠擁有自己的檢測(cè)中心，主要檢測(cè)設(shè)備有3升密煉機(jī)、6寸開煉機(jī)、橡膠硫化儀、萬能拉力機(jī)、低溫測(cè)試儀、高溫測(cè)試儀、耐磨檢測(cè)儀、硬度檢測(cè)儀、水壓測(cè)試機(jī)、爆破試驗(yàn)機(jī)、疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)、光譜儀、氯離子檢測(cè)儀、模擬震動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)等檢測(cè)、試驗(yàn)設(shè)備；橡膠膨脹節(jié)最大生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)到DN4000mm。

Songjiang Group invested 120 million yuan in Nantong Shuangdian Industrial Zone in 2017 to build a "1.2 million shock absorber project with an annual output", which was completed in December 2018 and relocated to the Nantong factory; The new factory has introduced a large number of automated intelligent equipment, mainly including automatic batching machines, automatic feeding machines, automatic rubber mixing machines, CNC cutting machines, CNC cutting machines, automatic forming machines, automatic vulcanizing machines, processing centers, CNC lathes, automatic packaging machines, automatic winding machines, automatic film wrapping machines, etc; The Nantong factory has its own testing center, with main testing equipment including 3-liter internal mixer, 6-inch open mixer, rubber vulcanizer, universal tensile machine, low-temperature tester, high-temperature tester, wear-resistant tester, hardness tester, water pressure tester, blasting tester, fatigue tester, spectrometer, chloride ion detector, simulated vibration test bench, and other testing and testing equipment.
