不銹鋼介紹：

不銹鋼（Stainless Steel）根據(jù)GB/T20878-2007中定義是以不銹、耐蝕性為主要特性，且鉻含量至少為10.5%，碳含量最大不超過1.2%的鋼。
不銹鋼（Stainless Steel）是不銹耐酸鋼的簡稱，耐空氣、蒸汽、水等弱腐蝕介質(zhì)或具有不銹性的鋼種稱為不銹鋼；而將耐化學(xué)腐蝕介質(zhì)（酸、堿、鹽等化學(xué)浸蝕）腐蝕的鋼種稱為耐酸鋼。
由于兩者在化學(xué)成分上的差異而使他們的耐蝕性不同，普通不銹鋼一般不耐化學(xué)介質(zhì)腐蝕，而耐酸鋼則一般均具有不銹性?！安讳P鋼”一詞不僅僅是單純指一種不銹鋼，而是表示一百多種工業(yè)不銹鋼，所開發(fā)的每種不銹鋼都在其特定的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域具有良好的性能。成功的關(guān)鍵首先是要弄清用途，然后再確定正確的鋼種。和建筑構(gòu)造應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域有關(guān)的鋼種通常只有六種。它們都含有17～22%的鉻，較好的鋼種還含有鎳。添加鉬可進(jìn)一步改善大氣腐蝕性，特別是耐含氯化物大氣的腐蝕。
就一般而言，不銹鋼的硬度要高于鋁合金，不銹鋼的成本比鋁合金要高。
不銹鋼常按組織狀態(tài)分為：馬氏體鋼、鐵素體鋼、奧氏體鋼、奧氏體-鐵素體（雙相）不銹鋼及沉淀硬化不銹鋼等。另外，可按成分分為：鉻不銹鋼、鉻鎳不銹鋼和鉻錳氮不銹鋼等。還有用于壓力容器用的專用不銹鋼《GB24511_2009_承壓設(shè)備用不銹鋼鋼板及鋼帶》。
鐵素體不銹鋼：含鉻15%～30%。其耐蝕性、韌性和可焊性隨含鉻量的增加而提高，耐氯化物應(yīng)力腐蝕性能優(yōu)于其他種類不銹鋼，屬于這一類的有Crl7、Cr17Mo2Ti、Cr25，Cr25Mo3Ti、Cr28等。鐵素體不銹鋼因?yàn)楹t量高，耐腐蝕性能與抗氧化性能均比較好，但機(jī)械性能與工藝性能較差，多用于受力不大的耐酸結(jié)構(gòu)及作抗氧化鋼使用。這類鋼能抵抗大氣、硝酸及鹽水溶液的腐蝕，并具有高溫抗氧化性能好、熱膨脹系數(shù)小等特點(diǎn)，用于硝酸及食品工廠設(shè)備，也可制作在高溫下工作的零件，如燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)零件等。
